Several techniques for improving the quality of hot-dip galvanized bolts

Time:2026-06-27

Several techniques to improve the quality of hot-dip galvanized bolts (1) Common hot-dip galvanized bolts: The surface of the screw is in a liquid state, and the screw is directly placed in a liquid of 600 degrees Celsius for hot-dip galvanizing. Before galvanizing with this method, the oil stains and acid on the surface of the screws should be washed off, preferably in a lead-free condition, which is not suitable for bolt products. (2) Single batch bolts: First, acid wash the oil stains on the surface of the bolts, then soak the screws in a water tank. When the temperature of the zinc solution in the furnace is appropriate, place the bolts in the tank for galvanizing, and then apply oil and chrome treatment. The quality of hot-dip galvanized bolts produced by this method is much better than that of wet dip galvanized products, and the technical comparison is more mature.
